Retirement

Zolon Tech Retirement Benefits & Contributions

Employee Contributions

You can contribute a specific amount or a percentage of your base salary up to $24,500. You can also contribute additional catch-up contributions ($8,000) if you are 50 or older. Employees aged 60 to 63 can make a “super” catch-up contribution of up to $11,250.

Company matching

Zolon matches 50% of the employees’ first 6% of salary contributions to 401K, with an annual maximum of $7,500.

Vesting

You are always 100% vested, with full rights to any contributions you make to the 401 (k) plan. You will be fully vested in the company’s matching contributions after 2 years of consecutive employment with Zolon.
